A .004 poly base. Negative film ideal for line applications, process in GraphLine rapid access chemistry.

HIGH DEFINITION FILM Cassetted

A .004 poly base, high contrast, hard dot film designed for critical detail and fine halftone reproduction. It is characterized by a very short grey scale of one visible step when processed in GraphLine HD Developer.

MITSUBISHI SILVER MASTER® CHEMISTRY

Mitsubishi Silver Master chemistry is specially formulated to produce consistent,

dependable results with all Silver Master plate materials.

ACTIVATOR SLMAC

Dilute 1:1 with water.

STABILIZER SLMST

Stabilizer is diluted 1:3 with water.

ETCH SLMOH

Etch is used undiluted and applied directly to the plate. The etch facilitates

rapid roll-up and provides for long runs.

DELETION FLUID SLMOE

Use undiluted deletion fluid to remove unwanted copy or spots.

FOUNTAIN SOLUTION SLMOD

Fountain solution is diluted 15:1 for molleton presses and 1:15 for conventional &

integrated fountain systems.

Normal conductivity range is 900-1500.

FOUNTAIN SOLUTION CONCENTRATE SLMOD50

For Continuous Dampening Systems & large web presses. Highly concentrated

and is diluted 50:1. Normal conductivity range is 900-1500.

FOUNTAIN SOLUTION ADDITIVE SLMOA1

It is an alcohol substitute. It helps ink and water to blend together in the ink train to establish ink and water balance more easily. Recommended for use on continuous dampening systems. Use in quantity relative to 2% of volume of fountain solution.

FOUNTAIN SOLUTION ADDITIVE SLMOA2

Used as an anti-toning additive where Silver Master plates are used. Best for

forms presses, large format sheet fed or web presses when continuous dampening

systems are used. Use in quantity relative to 2% of volume of fountain solution.

Increase fountain solution with OA-2 to avoid foaming in large format auto fed

presses.

MISTER MURPHY'S MAGIC

Plate cleaner, scratch remover and conditioner to extend run length and improve overall quality of Silver Master and other photo direct plates.

IMAGE DELETION AND ADDITION PENS

For use with Silver Master and Megalith plates.

OFFSET HOLE PLATE PUNCHES

All punches work for paper and polyester and can punch wider plates due to an extended pin. OP25 & OP36 are both available.
