SP-F5 plates are coated with the same silver emulsion as the SP-P8 but on a 5 mil polyester base. The SP-F5 has excellent dimensional stability and delivers press

runs up to 20,000 impressions. It performs in most silver plate makers capable

of running a film base material.

SP-F8 Silver Plate, Film Base 8 mil

SP-F8 is a silver plate material having the same emulsion as the SP-P8 and the SP-F5 but on an 8 mil polyester base. This material delivers up to and above 20,000 impressions on an exceptionally stable base material. It performs in most silver plate makers capable of running a film base material.

SP-LD4 is a silver emulsion polyester base 4 mil plate material for use in a CTP system. It is designed for use in imagesetters utilizing a HeNe (633nm) or Red

Laser Diode (670nm) laser light source. The SP-LD4 material has excellent

dimensional stability and delivers press runs up to 20,000 impressions.

OMEGA FAST ULTRA

Laser 0.004" 1 sided polyester plate that can be used on any laser printer without the need of a plate prep. Run length can be up to 5,000 impressions but is dependent on the laser printer.

LASER DELTA FILM

Delta laser film is a low cost positive or negative film imaged by any standard laser printer or photocopier. Delta laser film requires no post chemical process and is ideal for screen printing applications.

AUTOTYPE PLATE PREP

Used to remove the toner scatter which can occur in the non-image area of OMEGA Polyester Laser Plates. One bottle will prep 150 plates.

Use these correction fluids to remove unwanted areas of toner image from plates.

Optima ^TM DS Laser Plates

Optima DS Laser Plates are double sided, 5 mil polyester printing plates designed to be imaged on most laser printers. Daylight safe and stable on press, these trouble-free plates deliver run lengths of 15,000+ copies. Packaged and sold in boxes of 100 plates. Optima plate prep may be applied to Optima DS Laser Plate prior to printing to prevent toning.

Optima ^TM X Laser Plates

Optima X Laser Plates are single- sided, 5 mil polyester printing plates specifically designed to be imaged on Xante' Platemaker 3 and Platemaker 4 laser printers. Daylight safe and stable on press, these trouble-free plates deliver run lengths of 15,000+ copies. Packaged and sold in boxes of 100 plates. To prevent toning, Optima plate prep must be applied directly to the Optima X Plate before printing.
